We knew a little bit about a lotta things.  Now, thanks to her daughter, we know a lotta more about Peggy Lee...

One of the many interesting things Nicki Barbour Foster said about her mother was that "often the dinner wasn't ready on time, but the song always was!"  Another was that of all the many aspects of her career, the part that Peggy Lee was most proud of was her role as a song writer.  Judging by the limited time we had with her daughter, she did damn well as a parent, too.
